C&B Signature beef burger made with dry aged beef chuck, marinated in soy, ginger, garlic and scallion served with grilled pineapple, cilantro, avocado and local heirloom tomato. Served with local corn, smoky chipotle butter and Summer potato & bacon salad.

*Burger patties will need to be grilled and the corn will be par cooked, simply boil in the bag for best results.
